I have used WK Mechanical for years. They are a great company, and I am very happy with their service. They have worked on my furnace, tankless water heater, and now my outside A/C unit. They are so nice, and I am very happy with them. I will not use anyone else.

The measure of excellent service is not just at the time a furnace receives a scheduled annual checkup, but when a true emergency arises at 1:30 a.m., in 12-degree weather during a snowstorm. It was a hot, humid Sunday in August, and our central AC decided not to work anymore. I called my current company, but no one returned my phone call. I looked up local AC HVAC companies and found WK Mechanical. I called them, they came immediately, and within 2 days, they had a new unit installed. The guys were terrific—hardworking, clean, courteous, and professional. The price was fair since we went for the Cadillac of Lennox units, and I would recommend them. I will also be turning my AC contract over to them.

I cannot rave enough about a business more than this one. From the first moment on the phone, explaining your situation, the staff is wonderful. When the technician comes to your home, for all those women who are alone at home, the gentlemen are pleasant, friendly, and professional. They work amazingly hard but are cheerful, and while putting you at ease, they’re incredibly competent. Then, at the end, the prices they charge are reasonable and fair. You will never regret your experience.

Today, I had my winter service for my furnace. I was scheduled for service between 8 and 12, and I got a call at 7:45 that he was on his way and showed up a little after 8. Craig was very polite, and after finishing the service, he went over everything he had done. Once again, I've had superior service from WK Mechanical from start to finish.
