Brigitte
Brigitte is a Senior CSR at WK Mechanical. Brigitte is from Pine Bush, NY and brings 25 years of sales management and marketing experience to WK. She has been in the HVAC field since 2018.
She really enjoys listening to customers and offering solutions that provide options for solving their issues whenever possible.
Brigitte loves to spend time with her husband traveling. They own a fifth wheel camper and try to go camping every weekend! Her role models are her parents.
Brigitte’s best advice to customers is to continue to maintain their units for longevity, efficiency, and savings.
Dan
Dan McKiernan is a well rounded technician that has a HVAC degree from Ridley Lowell Technical School. He has been in the field since 2012 and is EPA Certified, Mitsubishi Certified, and has taken many Lennox advanced training courses throughout his years.
The most rewarding part of Dan’s job is being able to fix the most difficult and technical issues customers have with their heating and cooling systems.
Dan’s role model is his daughter and many may not know that Dan is ambidextrous!
Dan’s best advice to all customers is to make sure you do seasonal maintenance. It is the best way to keep a system healthy and happy!
Katie
Katie has been a dispatcher for WK Mechanical for the last 5 years. Born and raised in Monroe, NY, she really enjoys making sure customers are 100% satisfied and fixing any problems they have.
She enjoys singing her heart out no matter where she is and she isn’t shy!
Kris
Kris is a lead installation technician and has been in the industry since 2011 working with all types of mechanical systems. He is born and raised in the Town of Newburgh.
Kris specializes in all types of residential, commercial, and industrial heating and cooling systems. He also specializes in customer fabrication of ductwork and all aspects of sheet metal. He is EPA 608 and 609 certified, Lennox certified, and also Mitsubishi City Multi certified. In Kris’ spare time he enjoys working on cars.
He likes to make sure customers understand their new HVAC systems and making sure their new systems keep them comfortable.
Kris recommends that preventive maintenance is scheduled at the beginning of every season so your heating and cooling equipment functions properly when you need it most.
Kyle
Kyle, an HVAC Apprentice originally from Newburgh NY has been working with WK since Spring 2021.
Kyle graduated from NFA. He is mechanically inclined and has extensive experience in machine shops and factory mechanics.
He really enjoys working with new customers daily. Every day is a different experience and always a learning experience.
His role model is father, and he really enjoys working on cars because it relaxes him.

Trish
Trish is our Office Manager at WK Mechanical. Born and raised in Monroe, NY, Trish has about 25 years in the customer service industry. She is a certified Notary Public.
Her favorite part of what she does is supporting everyone and working as a team. A few things about Trish that you may not know: She enjoys volunteer work (March of Dimes, Salvation Army, Meals on Wheels, Junior Achievement, United Way, and has done Cancer Walks). Trish is also a mother.
Trish’s best advice to customers is for them to be open and honest. Each customer’s feedback about their experience with WK Mechanical is important. As such, Trish works to ensure we meet their expectations and ensure are happy with the service that is provided.
Tyler
Tyler is a graduate of Lincoln Tech with a degree in HVAC. He has been installing HVAC systems since 2016 and is a lifetime resident of Monroe, NY.
Tyler enjoys the finished product of the equipment he installs and making sure that customers are happy with the project that was done.
His role model is his dad. Tyler also has an autistic son who amazes him more and more every day.
Tyler’s best advice to customers is to maintain your equipment to get years of life from it.
Warner
Warner has been in the HVAC industry since 2016 and has a degree for HVAC from Dutchess Boces. He is EPA Certified, Mitsubishi M&P Certified, and specializes in Kohler Generator Repairs. He also participates in a minimum of 40 hours of continuing education on HVAC equipment per year.
Warner enjoys the HVAC industry because every day is different and there is always an opportunity to learn new skills used in the field.
He is bi-lingual, speaking English and Spanish and his father is his role model.
Warner’s best advice to customers is to make sure they do regular maintenance of their heating and cooling equipment so they get better comfort and reliability of their systems.
