Art Rose has been in the HVAC industry since 1996. Art has many certifications in the industry which includes being NORA Gold Certified, EPA certified, CETP Certified for propane and natural gas, and has taken numerous continuing education classes on equipment from Lennox, Mitsubishi, Weil Mclain, Beckett, and Riello.
Art enjoys repairing customers heating and cooling issues and his role model is his father. In Art’s free time he volunteer’s in his community and is an active member in the Walker Valley Fire Department.
Art’s advice to customers is that if you don’t know how to fix your heating or cooling systems don’t try. This could create bigger issues in the long run. Just leave it to the professionals and we will get you back in working order.
Bob is a senior HVAC technician residing in the Town of Newburgh. He is a proud Veteran from the US Armed Services.
Bob has spent over 30 years in the HVAC industry with a long list of certifications in Lennox, Beckett burners, Trane, Carrier, NCI Combustion Testing, and NCI Air Balance. He enjoys getting to the bottom of the most technical issues. He has also a college degree in business.
Wood working is a hobby of Bob’s along with spending time with his service dog Sir. Bob is a dog trainer and also enjoys weekends in Pennsylvania.
Bob recommends that customers change their air filters regularly and not to attempt repairs themselves. Leave it to the professionals.
Brian has been an HVAC technician for over 20 years servicing residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. He was born and raised in Wappingers Falls.
Brian entered the US Navy after high school, then went to collect and trade school for HVAC. He is EPA certified, Gas Tite certified, Riello Factory Certified, and Mitsubishi City Multi certified. He has extensive experience with Commercial HVAC equipment as well.
Brian’s favorite aspect of his job is maintaining people’s comfort in the heating and cooling seasons. His role models are his parents.

Brigitte is a Senior CSR at WK Mechanical. Brigitte is from Pine Bush, NY and brings 25 years of sales management and marketing experience to WK. She has been in the HVAC field since 2018.
She really enjoys listening to customers and offering solutions that provide options for solving their issues whenever possible.
Brigitte loves to spend time with her husband traveling. They own a fifth wheel camper and try to go camping every weekend! Her role models are her parents.
Brigitte’s best advice to customers is to continue to maintain their units for longevity, efficiency, and savings.
Dan McKiernan is a well rounded technician that has a HVAC degree from Ridley Lowell Technical School. He has been in the field since 2012 and is EPA Certified, Mitsubishi Certified, and has taken many Lennox advanced training courses throughout his years.
The most rewarding part of Dan’s job is being able to fix the most difficult and technical issues customers have with their heating and cooling systems.
Dan’s role model is his daughter and many may not know that Dan is ambidextrous!
Dan’s best advice to all customers is to make sure you do seasonal maintenance. It is the best way to keep a system healthy and happy!
Hector is a graduate of Lincoln Technical Institute with a degree in HVAC. He is Universal EPA certified and has countless hours with continuing education to further his career in HVAC. Hector has been installing and servicing heating and cooling equipment since 2012.
His enjoys all aspects of installing HVAC equipment but his favorite part is the final outcome of the work he has done. He enjoys seeing the completed job and the work that was accomplished.
Hector has a lot of role models including Bruce Lee, MacGyver, and Mike Tyson.
The best advice he can give to any customers is to make sure you perform preventive maintenance on your systems to keep them running efficiently and without breakdowns.
Katie has been a dispatcher for WK Mechanical for the last 5 years. Born and raised in Monroe, NY, she really enjoys making sure customers are 100% satisfied and fixing any problems they have.
She enjoys singing her heart out no matter where she is and she isn’t shy!
Kris is a lead installation technician and has been in the industry since 2011 working with all types of mechanical systems. He is born and raised in the Town of Newburgh.
Kris specializes in all types of residential, commercial, and industrial heating and cooling systems. He also specializes in customer fabrication of ductwork and all aspects of sheet metal. He is EPA 608 and 609 certified, Lennox certified, and also Mitsubishi City Multi certified. In Kris’ spare time he enjoys working on cars.
He likes to make sure customers understand their new HVAC systems and making sure their new systems keep them comfortable.
Kris recommends that preventive maintenance is scheduled at the beginning of every season so your heating and cooling equipment functions properly when you need it most.
Kyle, an HVAC Apprentice originally from Newburgh NY has been working with WK since Spring 2021.
Kyle graduated from NFA. He is mechanically inclined and has extensive experience in machine shops and factory mechanics.
He really enjoys working with new customers daily. Every day is a different experience and always a learning experience.
His role model is father, and he really enjoys working on cars because it relaxes him.

Michael has been an HVAC installer since 2018. He graduated from Orange County Boces with a degree in HVAC and is EPA certified.
Born and raised in Middletown, NY, Michael enjoys helping people feel more comfortable at their homes and businesses. His mother is his role model and Michael is an aspiring writer.
Michael’s best advice to customer is that if you don’t know how to do something call the professionals. Messing around with expensive heating and cooling equipment without being properly trained can be costly, time consuming and dangerous.
Rob has been in the HVAC field since 2014 installing all types of heating and cooling systems. Rob went to Orange County Boces for HVAC and is EPA certified.
He enjoys the industry because there is never repetitiveness because everyday is a new adventure. Rob spends all of his weekends from Spring to Fall fishing for large mouth Bass. He inspires to be like Dave Mercer, a professional Bass Fisherman.
Rob’s best advice to customers is to make sure you check and change your air filter regularly. Air quality and system performance start at the filter!
Steven, born and raised in Middletown, NY has been installing heating and cooling systems since 2018.
Steven graduated from Burke Catholic High School where he was a football player. He graduated from Orange-Ulster Boces with a degree in HVAC and is EPA certified.
He enjoys the HVAC field because there is a different challenge every day. Every day brings a new opportunity to learn a new skill.
His role model is his father, and he enjoys riding his 4-wheeler with his friends.

Trish is our Office Manager at WK Mechanical. Born and raised in Monroe, NY, Trish has about 25 years in the customer service industry. She is a certified Notary Public.
Her favorite part of what she does is supporting everyone and working as a team. A few things about Trish that you may not know: She enjoys volunteer work (March of Dimes, Salvation Army, Meals on Wheels, Junior Achievement, United Way, and has done Cancer Walks). Trish is also a mother.
Trish’s best advice to customers is for them to be open and honest. Each customer’s feedback about their experience with WK Mechanical is important. As such, Trish works to ensure we meet their expectations and ensure are happy with the service that is provided.
Tyler is a graduate of Lincoln Tech with a degree in HVAC. He has been installing HVAC systems since 2016 and is a lifetime resident of Monroe, NY.
Tyler enjoys the finished product of the equipment he installs and making sure that customers are happy with the project that was done.
His role model is his dad. Tyler also has an autistic son who amazes him more and more every day.

Warner has been in the HVAC industry since 2016 and has a degree for HVAC from Dutchess Boces. He is EPA Certified, Mitsubishi M&P Certified, and specializes in Kohler Generator Repairs. He also participates in a minimum of 40 hours of continuing education on HVAC equipment per year.
Warner enjoys the HVAC industry because every day is different and there is always an opportunity to learn new skills used in the field.
He is bi-lingual, speaking English and Spanish and his father is his role model.
