The staff are all so friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond, with reminders for installation day, when they were arriving, and they even texted photos of the technicians who would be providing the services on the day of installation. Everyone at WKM is so knowledgeable and accessible. We had a split system installed, and the sales rep/technical advisor was sensitive to what I wanted (I was not moving my wall mirror, so they worked around that!) and the installation techs were professional and offered suggestions to make the placement of the unit look right. This was a wonderful experience from start to finish and I feel lucky that we picked the right contractor.
