Alberto has been helping homeowners with their heating and cooling systems since 2002. He Lives in Marlboro, NY. Alberto has numerous certifications in HVAC design and installation.

His certifications include, HVAC sizing and system design, Water Treatment, Lennox Premier Dealer Specialist, Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor Specialist, Boiler Hydronics Design Certified, Lennox Indoor Air Quality, and NYS Clean Heat Design Specialist. Alberto is committed to designing the most efficient heating and cooling systems.

He enjoys helping homeowners achieve their comfort goals for their home and family. His 2 role models are his parents.

Alberto spends his free time with Family, Coaching Youth Sports and Community Service.

Alberto feels customers should be comfortable in their own home. It’s important to prioritize your comfort and indoor air quality over material things.

Paul has been in the HVAC industry since 2017 servicing, installing and designing HVAC systems and Generators for residential and commercial customers.

Born and raised in New York, Paul enjoys the opportunity to design the exact system that solves the customers comfort needs. In Paul's free time, he enjoys traveling the Northeast racing ATV motocross.

Paul recommends customers never hesitate to ask questions about their heating and cooling equipment, because he can always help create a proper solution for their needs.

Trish is our Office Manager at WK Mechanical Inc. Born and raised in Monroe, NY, Trish has about 25 years in the customer service industry. She is a certified Notary Public.

Her favorite part of what she does is supporting everyone and working as a team. A few things about Trish that you may not know: She enjoys volunteer work (March of Dimes, Salvation Army, Meals on Wheels, Junior Achievement, United Way, and has done Cancer Walks). Trish is also a mother.

Trish’s best advice to customers is for them to be open and honest. Each customer’s feedback about their experience with WK Mechanical Inc is important. As such, Trish works to ensure we meet their expectations and ensure are happy with the service that is provided.

John Roman is the Service Manager and brings over 15 years of union-trained experience in the HVAC industry.

Based in Elmont, NY, John holds multiple certifications including EPA Universal and extensive fire and life safety training. He enjoys training team members and troubleshooting complex issues to keep systems running safely and efficiently.

John’s best advice to customers is to stay on top of regular maintenance to help prevent unexpected breakdowns. Outside of work, he enjoys building engines and tractor pulling.

Dan is a Field Service Supervisor and Senior Technician that has a HVAC degree from Ridley Lowell Technical School. He has been in the field since 2012 and is EPA Certified, Mitsubishi Certified, and has taken many Lennox advanced training courses throughout his years.

The most rewarding part of Dan's job is being able to fix the most difficult and technical issues customers have with their heating and cooling systems.

Dan's role model is his daughter and many may not know that Dan is ambidextrous!

Dan's best advice to all customers is to make sure you do seasonal maintenance. It is the best way to keep a system healthy and happy!

Brigitte is a Senior CSR at WK Mechanical Inc. Brigitte is from Pine Bush, NY, and brings 25 years of sales management and marketing experience to WK Mechanical Inc. She has been in the HVAC field since 2018.

She enjoys listening to customers and offering solutions that provide options for solving their issues whenever possible.

Brigitte loves to spend time with her husband traveling. They own a fifth-wheel camper and try to go camping every weekend! Her role models are her parents.

Brigitte’s best advice to customers is to continue to maintain their units for longevity, efficiency, and savings.

Katie is a CSR/Dispatcher from Monroe, NY with over 10 years of customer service experience. She enjoys making customers feel comfortable and happy, and takes pride in being a friendly, helpful point of contact.

Katie’s best advice to customers is to stay on top of system maintenance and regularly change filters to help prevent breakdowns. Known for her contagious laugh, she brings warmth and positivity to the team.

Cathy is a CSR based in Middletown with 37 years of experience in the HVAC industry. She loves helping customers and brings a deep understanding of the industry to every interaction.

Inspired by her father, Jim Wolfe, Cathy is known for her caring approach and attention to customer needs. Her best advice to customers is to call at the first sign of an issue, before something small turns into a bigger problem. Outside of work, she enjoys expressing her artistic side.

Yvette Colon works in Finance and HR and brings over 20 years of experience in finance and the HVAC industry, along with a strong background in computer technology.

Originally from Brooklyn, NY, she enjoys engaging with both customers and staff and is known for her attention to detail and clear communication.

Yvette’s best advice to customers is to provide as much information as possible to ensure smooth and accurate service. Outside of work, she has competed in salsa dancing competitions statewide.

Rich is originally from Washingtonville with decades of hands-on experience in customer service and technical support.

He has worked 18 years as an auto mechanic, 4 years as an auto service manager, and over 20 years in appliance sales and customer service. Rich enjoys helping customers resolve HVAC issues and believes in the importance of following owner’s manuals and regular maintenance schedules.

Born in San Francisco, he brings experience, reliability, and a genuine desire to help to the team.

Nicole is a CSR based in Middletown, NY with over 8 years of customer service experience and more than 20 years in childcare and teaching.

She holds an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and is passionate about helping customers get the comfort they deserve. Nicole values her close-knit work family and is inspired daily by her hardworking husband. Outside of work, she’s a proud mom of two boys and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Her best advice to customers is to stay up to date with yearly maintenance to extend the life of their equipment.

Kris is a lead installation technician and has been in the industry since 2011 working with all types of mechanical systems. He was born and raised in the Town of Newburgh.

Kris specializes in all types of residential, commercial, and industrial heating and cooling systems. He also specializes in customer fabrication of ductwork and all aspects of sheet metal. He is EPA 608 and 609 certified, Lennox certified, and also Mitsubishi City Multi certified. In Kris’ spare time, he enjoys working on cars.

He likes to make sure customers understand their new HVAC systems and make sure their new systems keep them comfortable.

Kris recommends that preventive maintenance is scheduled at the beginning of every season so your heating and cooling equipment functions properly when you need it most.

Kyle is an HVAC installer that has been with WK since Spring 2021. His hometown is Newburgh NY.

Kyle graduated from NFA. He is mechanically inclined and has extensive experience in machine shops, factory mechanics, and cars.

He really enjoys working with new customers daily. Every day is a different experience and always a learning experience.

His role model is his father, and he really enjoys working on cars. It relaxes him.

Kyle's best advice to customers is to always Do it The Right Way With WK!

Fausto has been working in the HVAC field since 2017. He has graduated Orange County Boces with a degree in HVAC and is EPA certified.

Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, Fausto enjoys always learning new technology. His grandfather is a role model, and he owned his first Ford Mustang at the age of 16.

Fausto recommends customers to leave their equipment repairs to the professionals.

Steven has been installing and servicing HVAC systems since 2017 and has been doing plumbing since 2010. He has graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute with a degree in HVAC and is EPA certified.

Born and raised in New Rochelle, NY, Steven enjoys repairing systems to make people comfortable. His role model is David Goggins who was a Navy Seal and ran a 100-mile race with broken bones in his feet.

Steven is proud to have served in the United States Marine Corp for 4 years as an active-duty Infantry Rifleman with Bravo Company 1st Battalion, 6th Marines.

Steven recommends that if you take care of your equipment, your equipment will take care of you. Make sure to maintain your heating and cooling systems!

Craig has been in the HVAC field since 2011 servicing and maintaining HVAC systems and generators. He is Kohler and Generac generator certified, EPA Certified, and a Certified Heat Exchanger Expert.

Craig enjoys helping get customers equipment in proper working order.

His role model is his father, and in his free time working on cars.

Craig's best advice to customers is to make sure they keep up with preventive maintenance to ensure trouble free system operation.
